The Shanghai Masters has a decent £700,000 total prize fund and runs all week with the final taking place on Sunday at the Shanghai Grand Stage in China. We have looked at the latest betting odds on offer to find what we think are good value snooker bets.
Ronnie O’Sullivan is the bookies favourite to win once again at 3/1 (4.00) generally but he has not been seen in action since his shock defeat to the amateur James Cahill in the 2019 World Snooker Championship back in April.
The eventual winner and new world champion Judd Trump has won seven-from-seven so far this season in winning the International Championship (also in China) where he beat Mark Selby 9-4 in the semi finals and thumped an in-form Shaun Murphy 10-3 in the final.
Given Judd Trump’s current form and the fact that Ronnie O’Sullivan may not be quite ready we are taking Judd Trump to win at best odds of 10/3 (4.33) with Coral.
In the other half of the draw Neil Robertson may be worth a small each way bet too. Stay tuned to Oddsmanager.co.uk for more betting tips and advice.
