France to place one hand on the trophy?
France have yet to lose in the Six Nations so far and aren’t expected to do so against a struggling Scotland side.
Paddy Power are pricing then as 4/9 favourites although it won’t be a complete runaway victory, with the French margin of victories never huge.
Tip1: France to edge it
A 1-12 winning margin is probably the best bet at 13/8, with Romain Ntamack and Charles Ollivon expected to be central to their success.
They’ve been among the major point scorers across the tournament and will be keen to showcase what they can do in front of a hostile away crowd.
A win would almost guarantee the Six Nations title, so tensions will be high.
Tip2: Can Scotland cause an upset?
The young French side are entering uncharted territories. The nation haven’t won the Six Nations for a decade which could add nerves to the equation.
An upset at 2/1 with William Hill and the Scotland win could tempt a number of punters, although it would have to be a major step up for the Scots who have only beaten Italy so far this term.
A free bet though? You never know!
Tip3: Ntamack & Co to get just desserts
France have fully deserved to sit at the top of the Six Nations and nothing has fazed them so far.
While Murrayfield will be loud, we expect Ntamack to quieten them down quickly and get on top of Scotland.
The double result would make a safe punt at 5/6. A new generation for French rugby? We certainly think so.
