Exeter v Northampton Betting Tips
First take on second in what’s the match of the round on Sunday, with Exeter looking to pull further away from the Northampton Saints.
They’re favourites to do so at 1/6 with Paddy Power after the Saints suffered defeat to Bristol last time out.
They’ll be looking to bounce back though and at just four points behind the Chiefs could be worth a free bet in
what will be a close game at 4/1 with William Hill.
The Chiefs are far and away the best side this season though and we fancy them to continue their good form. Priced at 9/2 the 11-15 winning margin would be our best bet, although 6-10 could also be a worthwhile wager at 5/1.
It’ll be a close run contest but given recent weeks and home advantage it’s difficult to look past Exeter for the win here.
Bath v Harlequins Betting Tips
Just three points separate Bath and Harlequins, the former sitting above in fifth place.
The bookies see Saturday’a game falling in the favour of Bath, with Paddy Power pricing them at 4/7, although you can’t write off Harlequins who will be desperately looking to bounce back after at 15-29 loss against London Irish last weekend.
They’re priced at 9/5 with Will Hill which is worth backing, with the brand also offering 5/1 on a 1-5 winning points margin.
Worcester pushed Bath incredibly close last weekend and we think Harlequins could just have enough to upset the odds a touch.
They’ve met twice this season already with the away side coming out on top and Bath haven’t won three consecutive games in the league since November 2016. We’d take the 9/5 odds and back Harlequins to make it three for the season.
