There’s a huge night of NBA action in prospect, with four of the top six teams in action and a top of the table clash in the Western Conference.
And here’s hoping our five fold Acca is a cracker, paying out at 13.03/1 with 888sport.
Phoenix Suns (vs LA Clippers) – 8/13
Two of the Western Conference’s top three are set to face off in the desert, and the Suns are 23-9 at the magnificently-monikered Talking Stick Resort Arena.
The Clippers are without leading scorer Kawhi Leonard, and Paul George could be limited after tweaking his ankle on Monday in a loss against the Pelicans.
And the Suns are 8-1 ATS in their last nine games at home against a team with a winning record on the road, so we’re happy to lay the points here.
Utah Jazz (@ Sacramento Kings) – 2/7
Two losses against the lowly Timberwolves presumably led to some choice words in the Utah dressing room, and we’re backing a fired-up Jazz to come out swinging in Sacramento.
Last week was an anomaly, as Utah are actually 12-4 following a defeat, and they haven’t lost three on the run all season. So we’re backing them to get back to winning ways on the west coast.
Philadelphia 76ers -7.5 (vs Atlanta Hawks) – 5/6
After a thumping win over the Thunder, Philly are hot on the heels of the Brooklyn Nets at the top of the Eastern Conference, and will fancy their chances on home turf against a depleted Hawks outfit.
Kevin Huerter and Brandon Goodwin both suffered injuries in Atlanta’s surprise loss to the Pistons last time out, and look set to join Trae Young and De’Andre Hunter on the sidelines.
However, the 76ers have all their big names fit and firing, and should clip the Hawks’ wings tonight.
Over 226.5 Points – Denver Nuggets vs New Orleans Pelicans – 3/4
Two of the top five scorers in the league face off in Denver, and we fancy points aplenty when the Pelicans play the Nuggets.
Denver and New Orleans are both averaging 115 points a game this season, with Denver averaging 118 points in their last eight matches and New Orleans 117 in the same period.
Those are big numbers, and we’re expecting big things tonight.
Orlando Magic (@ Cleveland Cavaliers) – 11/10
The Magic have the worst record in the Eastern Conference, but this game presents the perfect opportunity to get back on track, against an injury-hit Cavaliers side struggling as much as they are.
Last time out against the Lakers, Orlando may have lost, but they led the NBA champs at the beginning of the fourth quarter, and will take confidence from that performance.
And they seem to have the Cavs’ number this season, defeating them twice already.
