Southampton boss Ralph Hassenhuttl admitted this week that his footballing philosophy is very different to Leeds counterpart Marcelo Bielsa.
To be fair, no one is quite like the permanently-squatting, bucket-loving Bielsa, tactically and off the pitch!
However, his man-to-man marking system has only had limited success this campaign.
And two losses in a row is a worrying sign for Leeds fans as we approach the final third of the season.

Our Top Odds Pick – Danny Ings to score – 5/4 at 888sport
After six league losses in a row, a draw against Chelsea last time out will have done wonders for Southampton’s confidence.
As will the prospect of facing a Leeds side that has conceded 43 goals in 24 games!
And the chief beneficiary could well be Danny Ings, who is back in the groove after two goals in his last three matches in all competitions.
Ings is now into double figures for the season, and we reckon he can fill his boots against a suspect Leeds backline at Elland Road.
Our Long Shot – James Ward-Prowse to have an assist – 18/5 at Ladbrokes
Speaking of that dodgy Leeds defence, Marcelo Bielsa’s men have conceded more goals from set pieces than any other Premier League side.
And no team is better equipped to take advantage of that, than a Saints outfit that has scored a league-leading 11 set piece goals this season.
James Ward-Prowse leads Southampton with five assists, and as chief free-kick and corner taker, we reckon he is over-priced to make it six on Tuesday.
