Latest Weekend Betting Tips – 29-31/05/2020

The last weekend of May could be one of the final weekends without a significant amount of sport as more competitions and fixtures begin to arrive across June.

Once again the Bundesliga and UFC are marquee events, while darts, tennis and NRL rugby are also taking place across the weekend. Here are our top punts for the weekend…

Bundesliga: Leverkusen to beat Freiburg and BTTS at 15/8 with Paddy Power

Match: Freiburg v Leverkusen

Date: May 29, 2020, 7.30pm

Live Streaming: Paddy Power & BT Sport

Friday night sees Leverkusen travel to Freiburg in a clash which sees them big favourites with Paddy Power. The brand are pricing the away side at 4/6 and it’s hard to look beyond that.

Freiburg drew with RB Leipzig on the returning weekend however so will prove difficult opposition, and they are only three places below in the Bundesliga, despite the points margin being significant.

A draw can be backed at 3/1, although we’d be more inclined to look at a Leverkusen win and BTTS which can

UFC: Woodley to beat Burns by KO at 9/4 with Paddy Power

Match: Tyron Woodley v Gilbert Burns

Date: May 31, 2020, 5am

Live Streaming: BT Sport

The main event of this weekend’s UFC comes in the welterweight division between Tyron Woodley and Gilbert Burns.

Woodley is a hot favourite at 1/2 with Paddy Power, with Burns priced at 6/4. The bookie is offering a series of price boosts for this event, including Woodley to win by KO which would be our bet at a boosted 9/4.

We think it could be one that finishes early, with Round 1 at 4/1, another interesting punt to take.

Bundesliga: Dortmund to beat Paderborn 3-0 at 8/1 with Paddy Power

Match: Paderborn v Dortmund

Date: May 31, 2020, 5pm

Live Streaming: Paddy Power

Dortmund will be keen to bounce back after defeat to Bayern midweek and we expect them to do so with the away side priced at 3/10 with Paddy Power.

We expect goals in this one with the likes of Erling Haaland and Jadon Sancho to be dangerous. The 3-0 win looks very tempting at 8/1 and is what we’d back ahead of the final Bundesliga fixture of the weekend.
