After starting the season in fine fashion with a winning 11/1 Acca, we’re stepping up to the plate once again ahead of the latest round of MLB matchups.
And we’ve picked out a tempting treble, paying out at 10.31/1 with bet365.
Houston Astros -1.5 (vs Detroit Tigers) – 20/23
The injury-riddled Tigers have dropped to 3-6 after four losses in a row, and their cause will not be helped by the absence of slugger Miguel Cabrera with a biceps injury. The Astros dropped back-to-back games against Oakland last weekend, but are still one of only four teams to have averaged over six runs a game this season.
San Francisco Giants -1.5 (vs Cincinnati Reds) – 7/4
The Giants are one of the MLB’s form teams, having won four straight games and five of their last six, while the Reds are plummeting after a promising start, losing their last two matches by a combined score of 15-3.
Philadelphia Phillies (@ New York Mets) – 6/5
A 7-6 victory over Atlanta last time out was not enough to prevent a series defeat, but the Phillies will feel a whole lot better coming into a clash with the Mets. And we reckon they should be able to brush aside a New York side averaging just 3.20 runs and 0.5 home runs per game this campaign.
